What to expect from our session together?
Our time together begins well before your session date. I want to know all about YOU and your beautiful family so I can create images that you will LOVE. We will talk all about locations and personalities; I want to know who is shy and who loves being silly, favorite cartoons, and what songs make them giggle. You will receive access to my exclusive styling guide full of tips and tricks to pick out the best outfits for your photos as well as some helpful links for attire.
My photography style is relaxed and candid; meaning I don’t use props and I avoid stiff poses. I focus on capturing genuine connections between you and your loved ones. I will offer guidance to lead you into natural poses that create beautiful images, all while having fun. I will happily get silly myself to help your toddler relax so that I can capture their precious dimples and natural smiles. My aim is to freeze this moment in time so you can look back on all the little details.

Family & Milestones $325
A 40 min session at a beautiful outdoor location or my preferred studio. Outdoor sessions will typically take place an hour or two before sunset, depending on the season.
15 Hand Edited High Resolution Images

Newborn Lifestyle $500
A two hour lifestyle session at your home or in the studio. The longer session is ideal for lots of snuggle time and making your baby feel completely comfortable.
20 Hand Edited High Resolution Images

Birth Story Session $450
Capture all the details of your babies birth with a special one hour session. This session will take place within 48 hours your little one’s arrival. Announcement images will be provided within 24 hours.
15 Hand Edited High Resolution

Extended Family Session $575
A 90 minute session at a beautiful outdoor location, for you and your extended family. This is a great session to get those priceless multi-generational photographs, as well as group shots of each family. These images of grandma and grandpa loving on their grandchildren are some of my favorite moments to capture.

“What should we wear for photos?”
- Now for the fun part. Outfits! Upon booking you will receive a style guide I’ve put together to help answer common questions, I also included some tips, tricks, and a few of my favorite online shops.
Most importantly, I am here to help! I am happy to send suggestions and help you coordinate. I want you to have a photo gallery you LOVE, and outfits play a huge role in the feel and look of your photos. Check out my Style-Guide
“How soon should we book?”
- I typically book about 2-4 months ahead and take my time getting to know your family. Winter months are slow, and I start to fill up my spring and summer availability as early as March. To book a fall session, mid to late summer is the best time to contact me. My sessions are on a first come, first serve basis and there is a $100 booking fee to reserve a date. Sorry, I do not book last minute sessions.
“Do you offer mini-sessions?”
- Because I like to get to know my clients, I offer mini sessions only after we have already had a session together. It's just too hard to relax and have a natural session in 20 minutes. I do offer some holiday seasonal mini sessions to both first time and returning clients. Make sure to follow my facebook and instagram pages for updates as the spots are limited and fill up fast! I usually post mini session info about 1-2 months in advance.
“What if it rains?”
- As an on-location photographer, we hope for beautiful sunny days. If it happens to rain on your outdoor session date, we can reschedule for the next mutually convenient day. Michigan weather can be forgiving so I prefer to wait until the last minute to reschedule. If we have a in-home session scheduled, I do not reschedule on rainy days.
